Refunds Are Considered Only If
- Zikabrims is unable to provide the agreed service.
- Duplicate payments were made.
- Billing errors occurred.
Refunds Are Not Provided For
- Change of business priorities.
- Client delays.
- Dissatisfaction after approved work has been completed.
- Failure to communicate during the engagement.
Processing
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.
