Because every engagement is customized, refunds are limited.

Refunds Are Considered Only If

  • Zikabrims is unable to provide the agreed service.
  • Duplicate payments were made.
  • Billing errors occurred.

Refunds Are Not Provided For

  • Change of business priorities.
  • Client delays.
  • Dissatisfaction after approved work has been completed.
  • Failure to communicate during the engagement.

Processing

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.
