Welcome to the Zikabrims 14-Day Trial Program.

The 14-Day Trial is designed to allow eligible clients to evaluate the performance, professionalism, communication, and overall suitability of a Zikabrims-managed independent professional before committing to a longer-term engagement.

By enrolling in the 14-Day Trial Program, you agree to these Trial Terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

The 14-Day Trial is available only to approved business clients.

To qualify, clients must:

  • Complete the client onboarding process.
  • Provide accurate business information.
  • Submit a legitimate hiring request.
  • Agree to all applicable Zikabrims agreements.
  • Meet any additional eligibility requirements determined by Zikabrims.

Zikabrims reserves the right to approve or deny any trial request at its sole discretion.

2. Trial Period

The trial begins on the professional’s official start date as confirmed by Zikabrims.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the trial lasts for fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days.

The trial is intended solely for evaluation purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future placement or continued availability.

3. Services Included

During the trial period, Zikabrims may provide:

  • Talent matching.
  • Candidate screening.
  • Interview coordination.
  • Professional onboarding.
  • Account management.
  • Ongoing communication support.

The exact services included may vary depending on the selected service package.

4. Client Responsibilities

During the trial, clients agree to:

  • Provide meaningful work assignments.
  • Maintain a respectful and professional work environment.
  • Communicate expectations clearly.
  • Respond promptly to Zikabrims and the assigned professional.
  • Provide reasonable feedback regarding performance.
  • Use the professional only for lawful business purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality.

Clients may not use the trial to obtain free consulting, confidential business strategies, or completed projects without intending to evaluate the professional in good faith.

5. Professional Responsibilities

Independent professionals participating in the trial agree to:

  • Perform assigned work professionally.
  • Meet agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain regular communication.
  • Protect confidential information.
  • Follow lawful client instructions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Participation in the trial does not guarantee continued engagement beyond the trial period.

6. Performance Review

At the conclusion of the trial, Zikabrims may request feedback from both the client and the professional.

Feedback may include:

  • Communication.
  • Technical skills.
  • Reliability.
  • Professionalism.
  • Cultural fit.
  • Overall performance.

This feedback helps determine whether the engagement should continue.

7. Continuation of Services

At the end of the 14-day trial, the client may choose to:

  • Continue with the assigned professional.
  • Request a replacement professional, subject to availability and Zikabrims’ approval.
  • End the engagement.

If the client elects to continue, the engagement will transition to the applicable paid service plan, and the client will be billed according to the agreed pricing and payment schedule.

8. Replacement Requests

If, during the trial, the assigned professional is determined by Zikabrims to be unsuitable for the role based on documented performance concerns, availability issues, or other legitimate business reasons, Zikabrims may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement professional.

Replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

9. Early Termination

Zikabrims reserves the right to terminate the trial before the end of the fourteen (14) days if:

  • Either party violates these Terms.
  • Fraud or misrepresentation occurs.
  • Abuse or harassment is reported.
  • Non-payment occurs where applicable.
  • The engagement becomes unlawful or impractical.
  • Continued participation is determined to be contrary to the interests of Zikabrims, the client, or the professional.

10. Non-Circumvention

Clients and professionals participating in the trial agree that all communications, interviews, negotiations, and working relationships introduced through Zikabrims remain subject to the Non-Circumvention provisions contained in the Terms of Service.

Neither party may use the trial period to establish a direct working relationship outside the Zikabrims Platform without prior written consent.

11. No Guarantee

Participation in the 14-Day Trial does not guarantee:

  • Permanent placement.
  • Continued availability of the professional.
  • Business success.
  • Future pricing.
  • Future services.
  • Employment.

Zikabrims makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any trial engagement.

12. Changes to the Trial Program

Zikabrims reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the 14-Day Trial Program at any time without prior notice.

Changes will not affect trial agreements already in progress unless required by law or agreed in writing.
